IMPORTANT! BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT:

Please inform your beauty therapist if you have a medical condition like an allergy, hypertension, pacemaker, asthma or any other disorder. If you are pregnant or undergoing a treatment, report it upon arrival.
Male clients should shave before their facial treatment.
If you have cold sore on your lips we will not be able to proceed with a facial treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Vivienne beaute policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

We reserve the right at any time and without notice to change the rates.

All prepaid treatments (sessions) must be used in 6 months from the date of purchase. (Except gift certificate)

Our packages are not refundable but exchangeable with other services of the same value offered with a validity of 3 months.
